Got this in the mail yesterday, and for the price and quality it can’t be beat!Our living room rug was full of stains (mostly spilled drinks) and all the stains came out.We would have spent way more to RENT a steam cleaner from the grocery store.I have no complaints about this product and am so glad I read the positive comments from the other reviewers because they are so correct!I was worried about the item being refurbished but it works as new and looks like new and is half the price of new!Very lightweight and easy to manage filling, pushing, and cleanup afterwards.
